Seller Says its not a boot

What do you guys think Boot or NO? Opinions are welcome.

I need to know whats up with this Cart.
Uses Toshiba Chips but so do some boots.
Plus if you notice the Chips are running Horizontal
instead of Vertical . And the seller has stickers over some of the chips.

If you are asking about FFS, it looks legit from what I see.
But pictures of both boards would be necessary to confirm.

PS: what's that little board on top of the cart?

Yeah im not sure what it is. This is a pic from the seller. I have not bought it yet.
Nice seller. And im not saying hes trying to pull a fast one.
Sometimes even the seller can be wrong
when they state its legit and I just wanted to ask around first.

What is the mini board there for? Is that on the exterior of the cart?

That tiny board is definitely outside the cart but after closer inspection, it looks like the vents on the cart are broken.
Leads me to think that it's connected to the inside boards, very interesting...
Could it be a repair? or maybe a hack?

I'm thinking it's some sort of encryption hack... looks like a ROM -> programmable logic -> socket on board.

maybe it's a hack to add more characters or BGs.

I have a Fatal Fury Special MVS where the case has literally been cut (neatly I might add) to give access to an eprom on the top board. There isn't an extra board like the one shown above though.

I have noticed that no matter who I use, or who I get beat by (I always lose), the winner's comments are ALWAYS directed at Andy Bogard and they ALWAYS say the same thing. Something like: "Ooooh Andy, you've become so tough. Not."

I'll have to dig up a pic tonight.

You should buy it, if it's a good price and let us know what is up with the cart.
