they have a website, but none of their boots were on the website. You have to email them and ask the to send you their pricelist with their ms6 games and stuff. They should send it to you in a day or two.

I know you can get the dreamcast version lots of places. Hell, there's even an indie retailer near me that has a copy.

Never played it, but I hear that the explosion animations obscure the bullets. But, apparently, there are as many people who think this as there are who don't, so your milage may vary.
My opinion is that it's a conversion cart that cost 550 euro. I'm not telling you how to spend your money but you might consider purchasing the dreamcast version first to see if you really like it before dropping that much money on a homebrew game. I believe they tweaked the engine, also, for the DC version. And, IIRC the NG home cart won't run correctly with the UNIBIOS. The main reason I say these things is because of the controversy regarding explosions/bullets, which could easily break the gameplay if it bothers you -- it would be such a waste to spend all that money just to find out that you think the game sucks.
It's super long, but you should check out the thread on this, I think it will give you some insight into the game before you try it out.
EDIT: I also get the feeling that it's fairly popular in Japan, for whatever that's worth, but this is speculation on my part based on things I read on teh internetz.
