Anthracite NGPC Bundle - Guaging rarity

I think this is by far the rarest NGPC item to hit shelves in the USA. In fact, I'm not even sure if it hit shelves. First off, did anyone see it for sale, new/sealed, at any stores before SNK recalled NGPC stuff? I'm entertaining the possibility it was only available directly through SNK. I know when I got my Platinum Sonic bundle, Anthracite was not a choice. Also, who has seen one since then and where? Lastly, who has one now?

I myself have one of the two I have ever come across, though I admittedly have only been actively collecting NGPC stuff for a couple years.

My sister has one of those. I bought it for her direct from SNK for her birthday shortly before they closed up shop.
