how do i get emulators on my psp v. 2.81

anyone know where a very detailed beginners guide can be found to setting up my psp for emulation...im a moron i dont know much so i need a step by step guide...i have grand theft auto liberty city stories...i know i need that. thanks in advance

Check out http://pspupdates.qj.net/ there is alot of info there. Also all the programs you need will be there to.

You don't need GTA anymore, there are some newer ways to run emus in newer firmwares.
