Free bump for a nice priced iBook.

Anyone interested in that, it's a fairly cheap fix. The best thing to do is install a new LCD inverter board, and those run in the $20-25 range and come with said cable. Fairly simple repair. In most cases you can get Apple to replace faulty power cords for free as well.
