Might as well start one of these threads. It seems like quite a few members have this gem already.

Is it me or does the Shop mode seem kinda... half-assed? It would be better if you could leave it open for a while, but once somebody connects, browses/buys your items and then leaves, you have to reconnect just to open it again. I guess they didn't want people leaving their shop open for a long period of time so they could make a lot of money while they're away from their DS? Meh. There should at least be an option to stay connected if you're there without having to reconnect to find somebody else who wants to buy from you.

I haven't done Co-Op yet.

BTW I read in the manual that selling items in shop mode doesn't cause you to loose them. Has anyone confirmed this?

I've got the uber rare "Eye for Decay" helmet that lets you see breakable walls... that one sells for 40,000 in shop mode, but I'd never sell it if its gone forever.

Yes, you still get to keep items sold in the shop.

BTW; Yea, that Eye of Decay is pretty badass. Just got the guide and I'm resisting looking at it until I beat the game once.

Does this work between regions? ie, if i have the JPN game, can i play with someone with the US game?

Final Fantasy 3 wont accept friend codes from other region games...

yeah the book says you keep it even tho you make money off it? doesnt add up but it only took me like 6mins to get the eye helmet thingy so it isnt to hard compared to the other gb CV hard to get items.
