Can anyone help?

I have been offered an original Metal Slug - Jap version, and was wondering if anyone can help me spot the difference between a "real one" and a "conversion".

I only ask this because I have seen a conversion one listed on Ebay which looks pretty close to the pictures he sent.

anyone help?
