1 slot labels help please

can i get someone to scan or take a nice clean digital photo of the slot labels that tell about the sound switch?

there are two labels on either side of the card slot. those are what i want to print and paste back

well i took the little diagram in the pdf on hard mvs and made a label that looks very simular.

ill post as soon as i get them to right size
