Below is my original post from last night. It seems bringing this public finally brought forth a resolution. I only hope the best for Ben as it seems he has been going through some shitty times this past month.

It seems some business with my (apparent) friend Stellarola has gone sour.
I sent Stellarola payment for a SF3 setup on Oct. 24 2006.
By Nov 5., no game shows up. I get an email from him that was apologetic and explained he had personal things going on in his life and assured me my board would be shipped out right away. Of course I gave him the benefit of the doubt as that smoothed me over for a couple more weeks.
Oh, but nothing ever showed up.
I called, I pm'ed here, I emailed, nothing. Duck season is now in full effect.
I did a paypal chargeback, but guess what, no funds in his account so even though I was awarded "winner" of the claim tonight, I am still screwed.
Up until now I have been more than patient with you, even though you have done nothing but ignore me for the past month. So now it's due time you quit acting like a little bitch, get some balls and give me a straight answer as to where the fuck my game or my refund is.
...like he will even respond to this thread
