Not trying to spam up the thread....

But to be fair, it is Nintendo's fault for not releasing enough controllers. I mean, there should be 1 Nunchuck for every Wii remote out there. On top of that, there should be at least four sets of the above for every Wii system out there as well.

That is clearly not the case since I have yet to see a Nunchuck in a store but have seen, Wii Remotes and Classic Controllers.

Nintendo really should have had some Wii Remotes and Nunchucks packed together at a cheaper price. I mean I have four Wii remotes, I want four nunchucks.

Lastly...How is this thread different than the people who purchased systems at launch and resold them? I have no problem with this thread...but that is my opinion.

I don't blame Nintendo for the shortage. Go look on eBay —there are hundreds of remotes, nunchucks, and classic controllers.

I anticipate a huge supply sent from Nintendo soon, and then all the scalpers will be SOL.

I guess I'm lucky, my local Wal-Mart has remotes, nunchuks, and classic controllers all in stock. Maybe because they can't get enough systems.

Sorry but if there were enough controllers at launch, people wouldn't have started buying them up to put on Ebay. Clearly Ebay is flooded with controllers but the same can be said for Wii and PS3 systems as well.

After getting my Wii (at launch) I went to over a dozen stores and never saw a Nunchuck. I have only seen Wii Remotes at two stores (and they no longer have any)

I have purchased just about every system at launch and I don't ever remember there being a shortage of controllers. If there was, I never had trouble finding any.

I am still two Nunchucks short but I am not going to bitch about people buying them to sell on Ebay. If there wasn't a demand for the controllers, people would be losing money by re selling them. That hasn't happened yet.

I work @ a EB, the Nintendo rep has told us that Nintendo is going to get an ass load out before Christmas.

So either they have already started showing up or, peeps have been buying all of them and throwing them up on ebay.

We limit one set of both controllers per customer.

Some guy that I have never seen at the store before (we pretty much know all our regulars) 2 days back was waitng in the store, for like 3 hours, when UPS dropped off the boxes he ran up and asked if we had wii motes and chucks.

He was gabbing on how he sells them up on ebay.
When I opened and finalized the box he screamed at the top of his lungs

"I'LL TAKE THEM ALL!!"

We had regulars looking for these controllers so they were my first priority.
I told him one pair per customer, he then started pleading with for more and I just told him

"Either take this set or get none at all."

He then bought it and left the store he started tearing up
and called me a racist. lol We are both hispanic, so it made me laugh.

All I know is that I fucked up that dudes day.:glee:

The Nintendo World Store at Rockefeller Center has a ton of Nunchucks/Wiimotes. No shortages there. Systems... OTOH is a different story.

Bump!

Seperated the controllers out instead of bundled together.

Snatch them up while you can.
