Neo AES RGB Questions

So I've been reading the articles over at NFG games about the degredation of the AES RGB video output, here and here.

Is there any way to mod an AES system with a serial# of 90k+ to have decent RGB output? Is it possible to just lift pins 21,22 and 23 of the CXA1145 and take the RGB signals direct from there?

Realistically though, is the difference between the RGB output on low/high serial# systems really that noticable? And how does the RGB output compare to that of an MVS board?

An MVS board will murder death kill an AES at RGB all day long.

If you do that mod you will be using the pure rgb signal from your aes and it will look as good as mvs (well it does on mine anyway!).
