New created Neo Geo Fan here

Hi everyone

Well I am a new neo geo fan. I remeber seeing these systems and games in the stores and wishing I could get one.

Well now I finally got one.

Well I thought about getting a PS3 but then I thought for 600 and and only 1 game I could get a lot of neo stuff, so I opted for the neo geo and 39 games so far :)..... Never looked back

Yeah, a Neo CD would be a whole lot more fun than a PS3 right now. I did the same thing a few years ago, I was thinking of buying a PS2, but I realized that most of the games I was interested in were Neo Geo ports so I picked up an AES instead. That was 03 I believe. Getting a Neo geo felt so much better than getting a ps2, I had wanted to get a ps2 for a year or so, but I had been wanting a Neo for about 11 years.

So Hi everybody, I am a Neo Geo n00b! Cool, huh? Anyway, I like this system but I never got around to get interested in it until now. Because it has some of the greatest shooters!

So I had a new question, which is worth more?

A Neo Geo AES system or a FM-Town Marty 2?

Also, I noticed some people selling some home made Neo Geo with component cables and all? Is that possible too for a Saturn or Dreamcast?

Dollar-wise they are probably worth the same. Gameplay-wise the Neo will deliver, as the towns is just expensive because it's rare and obscure... and it has a lot of weird japanese porn games.
