Where do I get these joystick bases?

The joysticks on my MVS 2-25 had a wide throw and missed the diagonals a lot, very uncomfortable and I played like shit with them. But I had the hardware from an old Nintendo Pro Play cabinet laying around, the joystick bases have these little tabs on them between the actuator and the snap switches. I tossed the bases in the Big Red and threw in these Pro Play bases- Wow! the throw is nice and short, I hit diagonals every time and have no problem pulling off special moves. But I have no idea where to get more!

The original joystick base on the Big Red is the one on the left, as you can see it has those two little slots beside the switch, for fitting in those little tabs. The other one is just like it, except it has the tabs installed. None of my other arcade stick bases have those slots, so I'm guessing those were made by the same company? There isn't any manufacturer information on either of them. Can anyone identify them?

Oh, and I know I can use those snap switches with the little actuator bars on them, but they're kind of expensive and I think those tabs feel a little nicer.

Thanks for any help.

I could be wrong, but they look like Happ Sticks that have been discontinued.

Can't remember the Model type. I will look in my box of junk, and see if I have stick bases like that. If I do I will let you know.

Im pretty sure they are the old happs too. You could get some sanwa's with a bat-top to them my buddy did that on his UMK3 machine and they have a much shorter throw, much easier to do specials/fatalities

Just a Suggestion

yeah, only recently did I get a chance to experience sanwa controls. I was more curiouse about them, because people say they are sooo good, but I was liking happ sticks, just not happ buttons. I got my own set of sanwa, and I can contribute to everyone else, and say that sanwa is probably the way to go. Those do look like the old happs. My dude just bought a set of them on ebay for like 5 bucks. They dont looks to great.. but updating will do you wonders... Just an suggestion.
