Atomiswave Stereo Sound

I was just wondering if anyone had made a stereo out (RCA) for the connection on the back of the Atomiswave. The sound that I'm getting out of my JAMMA harness is terrible. I'm hoping that I won't have to consolize (since Kennyboy quoted me $350) but, it's just really bothering me.

Also, I was wondering if anyone ever found out what exactly makes certain VGA monitors work with Atomiswave? I read that thread posted like a year ago where everyone was posting whether or not theirs worked...but, it didn't seem like they knew exactly why. Any info would be appreciated.

I installed a 3.5mm mini-jack stereo plug in my consolized AW, is quite easy, just connect the wires to the inside part of the frontal stereo connector.

About the monitor, really no idea, sorry.

Line-level stereo out must be tapped from the points shown here:

and not from connector CN3 as that's for amplified stereo sound that must be hooked up directly to speakers (i.e. in a cabinet).

As for the video issue, the problem is with monitors that need separate horizontal and vertical sync whereas the AW only has composite sync on the VGA connector. With these monitors you need a sync separator like the EL4581 (recommended over others).

Jus wondering what is wrong with Attenuating from the CN3?

Also, I can do the stereo work for you jon. I need some projects to tide me during the winter.
