2 slot board has slanted picture

Hiya,

I just got in a 2 slot board and when I hook it up, the top quarter of the screen is slanted to the right, the rest of the picture looks fine. I tried out my 1 slot board and it looks just fine. The picture is messed up on the test screen and with games in both slots. I tried cleaning the jamma connector and any other glaring dirty spots, but nothing. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Hmmm. The only thing that goes to the monitor from the board is red, green, blue, sync and ground. And you say that this only happens with the two slot and not the one slot. I'm guessing this is in a cab since you mentioned the jamma connector. I know on my monitor the top of the screen will be slanted if I move the horizontal position too far one way.

I didn't have time to play with the controls before work this morning so that'll be the thing I try. I hope it works cause I really hate to try and get my money back for the board.

Turns out it was the monitor controls. Weird that my one slot looked fine, but the 2 slot didn't. Now it looks perfect! Thanks!
