Help please? I want to make a consolized MVS

I made an attempt a year ago to play MVS games at home..

I got only as far as buying a MV2F MOBO, which I still have.
I know I need to get a Joystick but other than that anyone have advice please on my next steps to making a "consolized MVS"
Also bearing in mind i'm the UK and that my TV can accept an RGB signal (I think)

All you need is a +5v PSU (2 amps Minimum) and an SCart Cable...

Then Get a Game and a Stick.

With that, you can build a Work In Progress console....
