FOUND: Scart to Din & split audio lead

I need a lead making or finding for one of my MVS systems

Scart to standard 8 pin din with a split 2 jack for audio.

I'm kinda confused what you're after. I presume you're modding an MVS and you want the AV output to be a DIN socket.

The standard Neo (AES) DIN configuration is:

It's a fairly simple cable to make up - you could probably make it yourself with that pinout guide.

The regular AES AV DIN ports only gives mono sound, but uses all 8 pins - you may need ot think about that if you want stereo through the DIN socket.

What you probably want is someone to make up a cable and to mod your MVS for Stereo with phono sockets.

I'd be able to make up a cable, but I'm fairly rammed at work.

It's how the 2-slot was modded... OR I'm just a cheap bastard who needs to get a new TV and ditch the Sony (old KV29 F2)

If I use the standard scart & 8 pin DIN I get great picture and poor sound.

If I connect the audio jacks (red and white) to the TV and the MVS I get great sound but of course no pic.

It's either one or the other as both are hitting different channels thru the TV (being RGB for visual and poor sound or AV1 for great sound)

It's more annoying than an issue but I thought as I'm not so tech minded and I don't have the soldering equip I'd give a shout out.

Kenny could probably help out on this but thought he maybe busy.

Cheers John, now your with me mate... Yep, when I get some spare pennies I'll pick up (can you recommend me) a decent solder set up for future projects and plus I do want to make my own 6 button sticks at some point.

Cool Kpj, yeah... Thought you maybe snowed under mate with the other Atomiswave lead I asked for but this is more or less on the same principle except with a DIN connector instead and the MVS system you should be familiar with.
