Anyone know how to play Baseball Stars on the NGPC???

got this today from ebay - no instructions. every time it's my turn to bat i always get caught out.

anyone know exactly how to play it?? (controls etc)

dummy. i hit the ball every time - it just get's caught by the opposition.

I have read that it's one of the "cheapest" games when it comes to difficulty with this game. The opposition is just too good. I have played a bit of Dynamite Slugger, and that seems a bit fairer.
