As title, new sealed in the Camelot/Sega baggie. NTSC-J of course.
White area (ie front) of the Camelot/Sega baggie has a few light marks which are visible only when you angle it to the light. These are basically unavoidable due to the nature of the white print used, and its how it came to me from Camelot.
