I'm soldering in some new caps on my 4 slot board to fix the sound and i have a small prob.. The 470 uF caps are a tad too tall.. Is it possable to solder these in so there on there side? Meaning is it ok to have long leads to and from the caps? I figure i'd try that for now till i can find some online.. I bought a bunch of caps today at Radio shack since i had time to fix the board today.

Thanks man! I pretty much think i could just leave them standing straight up for now.. The board will buldge up a tad where it is.. Good enough to test it out for now till i get some smaller caps.

Damn piss me off! The machine is finally fixed! No more left is lower then the right speaker and no more does the machine start up quiet and then get louder.. I plugged it in and it scared the shit out of me cause the volume was soo damn loud! hehe.. Wow what a difference!

Wish i could be done with it but since those damn caps are too tall i'll have to order some and wait to fix it again.. :(
