Metal Slug 5 Demo Sound problems (wont stay off)

I recently bought a new cabinet that came with metal slug 5. I have turned the sound off in the configuration in two places and after a while it magically comes back on.

Has anyone ever experienced anything like this on MVS carts?

I have this game deployed at a location and the owner is pissed!

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe the battery in your backupram is loosing life and thus settings are being lost during power off state.

Are your settings being all changed Back?..thus you have to change everything you chaned back once this happens.
Or are the setting still set off and the music comes on..?

How many slots does the Cab have?


Is it a legit cart or boot?

Curious ... could it be a dirty cart..(dirty cart connectors.


What I wrote before I noticed you wrote MVS cart.
Is it the PCB version or MVS cart-..........into MVS Mother board?
I was thinking it's the PCB version as I saw-see New Cabinets being sold at Betson Imperial ..
Though i can't find it listed at.
