I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT TO DO??? I AM SHITTY WITH EBAY! I purchased an item from that yanton fuck, and he had to have me pay extra for shipping, but my paypal is drained. I asked him for a refund, and all he says is sorry, we contacted you two days earlier, and that I got back to him too late. So am I completley screwed of all my money? Or is there potentially something I can do with paypal or ebay to get my money back? Please help! Thanks!!!

If there's no money left in your paypal account, then it should draw from your credit card or checking account. So pay him the rest that way. If you pay money and don't get any goods, file a dispute-if nothing happens, then file a claim. It'll take like two weeks to get your money back. Honestly, your complaint sounds goofy and I don't mean to sound like a dick here- but Yaton may have better communication skills than you do. He's actually a pretty decent guy and has made an attempt to clean up his carts recently if you ask me.

so hes asking you to pay extra shipping??

cause the fucker did that to me he send the item on a logistic service that made me pay for the shipping sorta like a COD service but on the shipping
like
i pay 165 for a pcb +35 for shipping..so i paypal him the $200$
few weeks later there the package arrive the a collection agency(logistic) send me a shipping bill for 27$ saying that the seller/sender has put the item on that service.... so i email tht fucker yaton..he just ignored my emails:blow_top: :blow_top: :blow_top:

i hate these threads...but I'll bite.

bought tons from Yaton....no boots ever...got a bad PCB once, he paid for return shipping and gave full refund pretty fast. Language barrier, but great guy as far as I'm concerned. Be smart about things and you'll be fine.

Ditto from me.

Language barrier is tripled if your emails are anything like the post above....

Try the "ask question through ebay" option to ask him about it. That usually gets a better response.

I've only bought 2 games from him and only one worked. The shipping didn't turn out so well because when I researched shipping, the cheapest/fastest was Fedex for about $11. He only refunded me $5 because he said that's how much it should cost through USPS. USPS's website quoted me 4-6 weeks and $14, so who knows. I shouldn't complain too much because most other places don't refund any amount of shipping. I probably won't buy any more from him because it's $11 to ship and it takes about 2 weeks from start to finish...if the game works. Took me about 4 weeks from start to finish to get a working game. Oh well.
