My Japanese LB1 has blood with my U.S. Neo Geo!

I was pleasantly surprised w/ the blood using my U.S. system but how's this possible? The intro is also in Japanese text and voice.

I got a jap system and a jap LB, and I can't read the intro, even throwing the badboy into english mode doesn't work. What the fuck are they saying, it would have been nice if they could have translated that.

I don't think they censored the first LB. I've got an unmodded US system as well, and my LB plays with blood too. LB2, however, was heavily censored

. I've gotta get my system modded...

That's what I thought. The first chapter in this wonderful series wasn't censored I guess. But I'm spoiled when I go and play LB2. I want the blood <img src="graemlins/annoyed.gif" border="0" alt="[Annoyed]" />

Yeah, it contains blood in both modes, US and JP.

Difference of the US is - I think - that you can not split the adversary in half!

Censorship has always been a strange thing with SNK. No blood in KOF 94,95, but blood in 96! No blood in SamSho, but there is some in SS2. More pernicious: no blood in SS3, no blood code either, but no blood in SS4 WITH a blood code.

I think that relations between coders and censorship have been the same than children an parents: when parents are not looking...

Nope, I've split my adversary in half many times in LB1.
