I know a few of you are playing this- how is it? I'm reading through the review on Gamespot right now, and they seem to like it quite a bit, other than the short length of the game.

I wouldn't have thought there could be a decent FPS on PSP, but Heroes looks like it's the exception to the establishment.

It is actually pretty good, just tried it out last night. If you have played any of the MoH, then you know the drill. The missions seem to be smaller and lend better to portable gaming. Nice gfx, and control is not bad (the 4 buttons on the right is used look around by default).

It's actually very good, imo. The sights and sounds are truly impressive, and the controls are very good, despite the absence of a second analog stick.

Also,I really like the fact that the missions in Campaign mode are broken down to bite-size increments, which is perfect for gaming in short bursts. I haven't gone online yet, but the 32-player deathmatch should be a complete riot.

YES IT'S GREAT!!
:P

Actualy stuff that makes it really cool is the game can get quite a few AI on screen along with your team suport all while staying at a solid fps.

On top of this, if you can get online. 32player online games are wicked.

I loved the game, and in fact i couldn t let go until finished... so i continued at home, and finished the game in green already (in 2 days).

Call of duty has been announced on PSP too, it doesn t look half bad either, see:

I got it today, along with Ace Combat X. The geniuses at Best Buy have had it in stock since Wednesday, but they aren't bothering to actually put it on the shelves... At least the guy I asked for it actually found the damn thing in the back.

Very nice, indeed. The framerate, in particular, is very impressive. Stays steady and smooth, which is key for me in FPS (I still get motion sickness trying to play FPS with unsteady framerates).

I also really like the level design- enough enemies and objectives to be interesting and relatively challenging, but also bite-sized enough, like BIG said, that the game goes down well in 20 minute play sessions.

Great little title, as is Ace Combat, if anyone's curious.
