I've got some gamer's condition Dreamcast games and Neo repair parts available.
1. House of the Dead 2 (not the all-stars version) - $7
2. NFL 2k1 - $1 or I'll throw it in free with HOTD 2

3. Cap kit for audio and probably more. I bought this from Jameco with the intention of replacing all the caps on my MVS board. Instead I got rid of the board and didn't even open the capacitors. Here's a list of all the caps included and the Jameco part numbers:
