controller for xbl fighters

ok you techy, modding people, I need something.

I need a controller modded to work with my xbox 360. As everyone know the D-pad on the 360 controller sucks satchels,

I was wanting to see if anyone could mod my snk dreamcast control pad to work on my 360. Or if someone has a connector could make one whatever.

if someone has already made something like this or could recommend soemthing else besides the DOA4 control stick let me know.

whoa? hold on bitzes, I just realized i have some saturn control pads, That would be better than hacking my snk pad,,,
