aes samurai spirit 5 a lot of errors! help!

Hello, I have bought my new samurai spirits 5 in really mint condition and my surprise to be when i put the game in my console and have had errors in the sound, later i try the game again, directly have no sound and later i try again this turn the image apears bugged with estrañe colours, and later stops it in to a pink color all time with lost of image in the end, in mi last try i try to clean the contacts and try it a few more times but I work myself perfect, but im very worried is this normal one?

Just try inserting the game crooked, and in different variations. That often helps with a fussy game/system.

but this is a problem of the game? its crashed or defectuos game? or its normal?, fisical of the game its perfect and samurai spirits 5 its a game of year 2003 its not old game. :S

From everything you have said so far the problem is going to be with the cart contacts or the contacts in the NeoGeo. Maybe the PCBs inside the game cart are also a little warped?

hmm razoola i think that is a problem of the dirt in the contacts of game, i try it more, and the game works perfect.
