do not know raz this board worked when i got it and years later when i finaly got a video convertor it hasnt

That is one messed up looking video. I wish I had some advice for you. The only thing I can suggest is to start from the beginning. Remove all mods you've done and put the board back into a known working environment. If it works, something is wrong with the mods. If it doesn't work, well, keep poking around.

There is another thread on here where someone is getting a black & white block screen, similar to this. I haven't been following it, but maybe there are some suggestions in that thread.

thats the thing this is stock 2 slotter with the original bios.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE +12v wire, and the +5v on the correct pins for your jamma harness. That is exactly what it looked like when I pluged in my neo-geo with my garou mark of the wolves cart in it, and it fried the cart. If you have found out that theese two wires are incorrect, not saying they are, but pray that you didn't fry your board. :( I hope that all goes well, and that you didnt screw anything up, but that is the only time that I have seen that screen. The way to test it is to manually plug in your power supply, and test it with a multimeter unconnected from the board, and that should get you to where you should be. Although this may be totally wrong, I hope it helps.

double checked... im getting 12+ and 5+ in the rights spots.
