i know its possible but ive read some boards are already amped and can blow tv speakers so my question.. is there some sort of step down needed or switch built in to turn the rcas off ? if i use a preamped board is this a problem... using a 4 slot mvs? also is there a list of boards that have amps built in ?

like this? this was based on a drawing i found here . i modified it and used both right and left stereo (amplified) to rca (line level outout)

disclaimer: right now my poor 2 slot doesnt work, no money for a while . so i do not have any neo geo to test this out on.

im sure others will confirm this setup

if your using a 4 slot you can get stereo output from the headphone connector, thus eliminating any need for an accentuator.

That Diagram is for Stereo PCB's.....

It will also work for most Mono PCB's.......

Hell, Some mono PCB's will with that setup will produce cool Surround effects in a Prologic stup.

For other mono pcb's, Just split the output off pin #10....

r1 r2 are just names given to label resistors

10k and 1k is the values you need.
