I'm having some problem with a MV-1 I just bought...
The picture jumps back and forth in height, from normal size to about half the height it should be...
I'm running it on my TV and it works fine with my 4-slot, (European TV 50/60/100Hz and RGB scart) is there a difference in in the output frequency?
If I remember correctly the Neo puts out 59.something Hz, could this be the problem, if so why is the 4-slot working fine?
