should i leave negative feedback, ? I didnt pay much for it so i assumed something wasnt right.

anyway just ranting, I am just wondering what i may run into, I remember something about light screwing up the chips i have pictured, or something like that?

any info appreciated, i know there are alot of knowledgable peeps here,
I only collect neo- to play with my kids and for my own entertainment.

Cover up the window chips with tape..

Test the cart, see how it works..(contacts may need a cleaning)

NEO GEO MVS CART STRIKERS 1945 WORKS 100%

WORKS 100% usually means Boot..

It's how you feel about it..You want to neg him go right ahead,he'll probably neg you back..
Before that I'd ask for a refund"if" you don't want to keep the boot..

I'm just curious as to how the heck did he do this?

If he gives you any shit just open an " item not received as described " dispute . You may have to fill in some crap to actually get anywhere but its about the best thing to do seeing as its ebay . Did you use paypal ?

Strikers 1945 Boot

Very Cheap at $31 and probably works no problem.
I had the same version and ran it through the ROM checks on a UNI-Bios and it checked out and played 100 percent.

Boot Question

Boots are a violation of ebay policy.
Even if they disclose to the buyer.

you can ask for a refund and if they do not comply then threaten
to turn ebay on them.
Remind them that they can loose their seller account
if ebay chooses.
If I wanted to keep on selling Id comply.
Just be nice and cary a big stick!

When you get used to sellers descriptions, you will know when a cart is a boot or not. That one was obvious.

If a cart is legit a seller will say it's 100% original. Another example will be...100% original boards but label is fake or not original.

That titlescreen is not from Strikers Plus, it's the first Strikers 1945 game. That's how he did it ;) .

Strikes me as odd why someone selling a boot of Strikers Plus, would show a pick of the earlier vertical game in a MVS cab

On those grounds alone "item not received as described" should apply.

Having said that, have not opened the link due to a snail paced dial up. only going on whats been said so far.
