adding buttons to a egret 2 CP

hey guys
picking up an egret 2 and I will need to add a few buttons to make it SF ready. I need to get the proper hole saw bit but was wondering if anyone could tell me the correct size based off the CP picture that I have. I imagine they are sanwa or seimitsu but just want some further reiteration from someone a little more versed on these modifications.

Any problems I should expect doing this too? Anyone have any snags that I could benefit from hearing about? Im sure it is an easy operation but I do not want to end screwing up the CP or the overlay and having to buy a whole new one. Heres the CP pic...

anyone? I know this has been discussed thoroughly, sorry bout that. I cant do much until I get the cabinet but I thought maybe someone could help based off the pics as I want to have everything ready before it comes.

My advice is do not use a hole saw, you will damage or melt the cp overlay.

You need a 30mm hole punch to do the job. only about £7 and a perfect hole.
