XBox Live - Why No KOF Love?

For the past 3 nights, I've tried to logon for some quick KOFNeowave & KOF2K2 fights, & there is NEVER any takers, whats the deal?

Guess I need friends, any takers that play regularly?

I would play you but I sold my xbox and most of the games to get a 360. No one ever played KOF online. Maybe the first month 2k2 and 2k3 were hot but Neowave hot such low sales(mainly cos you couldnt find it anywhere!) that no one played that one either. Heres hoping some form of KOF hits XBLA.

KOFXI needs to come to the fucking rescue.
Even people that had abandoned the series love it, and I think it would get some seriously heavy play on XBLA.

Mebbe if they do the whole 'Import' category on XBLA as discussed in the TGS video...

Street Fighter seemed to work alright, but the SNK games had some MAJOR lag problems. I was playing a friend who lived a half hour away from me in SVC chaos and there was serious lag.

Kof 2k2 games were NEVER running full speed, I played people in my city or about half an hour away and it was just shit.

I never got a chance to try neowave (I had given up by that point.)

I don't know what the situation was like in America. There used to be hella Kof 2k2 players here. I bet you could find someone that might play in your area, it would be a lot of fun!

edit- When SFII' and Fatal Fury Special come out on XBLA here I'm gonna be playing those online like a madman!

2k3 and Samurai V had no lag on XBL. 2k2 had a bit better than SVC but not by much.

REALLY?? Man, SSV wasn't released here, that would have been awesome to play online. The sam sho PS2 online collections look really tempting, but then I'd have to hook up to that expensive KDDI service.
