I've got this Violent Storm with what looks like a bad EEPROM from this picture. I get this screen and then it resets and repeats.
Not sure if this could be a cheap easy fix but I'd like to have the game working, if anyone out there thinks they could fix it or has some advice it would be much appreciated. The board is very clean and it's a shame to see such a great game like this.
