Art of Fighting 3 mvs $12 shipped

Yes, you read that right. This is one aof3 english cart only shipped to you for only $12. Why? The game has some weird slowdown problems and I'm not sure why. I've compared it to another aof3 cart purchased as a new kit and both have exactly the same roms and boards (same serial #s, same location ect.). This is a legit cart, however it has been repaired at some point. There is another chip and some jumpers on the 2nd board. I've removed them and inserted the game only to get a rom bank error. I replaced everything the way it was and it works, but still has slowdown (especially the Cinquo De Mayo stage).
So anyone wanting to tinker with or experiment with it, feel free to take it off my hands.
