jackie chan pcb keeps resetting/pics added

my jackie chan kung fu master pcb stuffed up yesterday - it keeps resetting after you choose
the characters and goes through the rom check on the freeplay setting .it
seems to slow down when it checks rom f & g ?.on
the insert coin setting ,it doesn't take any credits and when it comes to
a certain stage on the demo screen,it turns white and just freezes while
you can hear the music in the backround

anyone that knows how to fix pcbs please ....

how is the 5 volts at the board >

its ok .ive got + and - 5 cables plugged in and ive put the voltage meter at +5.5 as well
