It has been a while since I have played this on Live. From what I remember, if they could have played a card (color or number) but played the draw four card instead and you challenge them, they will get a crap load of cards dumped on them. If you challenge them and they didn't have a number or color that would have worked, you get a crap load of cards dumped on you.
I only challenge if the person has a ton of cards in their hand because then it is likely that they could have played a card. I never challenge if they only have a few cards.
