Anyone else go to the Mario Kart Tournament at Eb/Gamestop?

Me and a friend (Soniku on the boards) went to EB games in the mall around here..only about 4 people there for the tournie. Soniku couldn't play in this one..becuase he worked there..but me and 3 other kids played..I came in second and won a Nintendo t-shirt ...and the person in first gets this giant bling bling necklace that says "Nintendo power play chanpion". So then..I went to the Gamestop across from my job..and played there..only to find the same kid from the mall..me and Soniku. Soniku came in first..got the bling necklace...I came in 3rd and got some stickers..but the best part is..the Gamestop rep. took a picture of all 3 of us..and is going to send it to Nintendo..most likely to put up on the site.

So did any of you guys go to the tournie?

Yeah, we didn't exactly market it... It kinda just slipped out, so it wasn't much of a tournament at all...
