Not sure if this has been discussed yet (I did a few searches) but I bought this game yesterday and it's great!

It is an Arkanoid clone with boss battles, a gradius type of power up system, and stylus control. The retail price is only $19.99 and EB has it listed as discontinued already. So if you're interested in it, I suggest you go out and get it NOW!

Definitely a keeper if that sounds like your type of game.

I bought it when it first came out. It is not a bad game but I really couldn't get into it. It does offer single card/multi-player play though, which is a plus.

Did you like arkanoid? If you did, but didn't like this game, I'd be curious to know why.

^I thought that Arkanoid (and similar games) was okay, so that may be part of the reason that I found Break Em All to be pretty average.

I didn't think the control options for Break Em All were that great. Also, the stylus can't compete with a knob for break out games. There have been a few games that should work well with the stylus but it end up blocking the view and taking away some of the fun.

I sold my copy shortly after buying it so I could be wrong. However, I don't remember there being an option to control the paddle with the D pad. It seems like the stylus or the R/L buttons were the only choices, which I found to be odd.

Anyway...not saying it is a bad game, I just think it is pretty average.

I tried it and was not at all impressed. I've played more enjoyable Arknoid clones on PDAs. Unless you're an impulse buyer or a collector (or maybe a HUGE ball&paddle genre fan) this game isn't worth buying IMO.

Darn it.....I don't have a PDA. I'm not really a huge ball&paddle fan and I really like it. I guess everybody's got a different opinion.
