I guess this has been out for about a week now. I finally found it at Best Buy for 24.99. I know that a lot of people don't like cheat devices but I think that can add a lot of replay to older titles.
Anyway, it is a pretty good device. It comes with a CD, USB Cable and a DS card that has a USB port on the end of it. It comes pre loaded with a lot of codes but you can connect the card to your computer via the USB cable and download codes from Code Junkies or any other site that has codes. This makes it really easy to be up to date on the newest codes.
I plugged in some of the codes for New Super Mario Bros and have found some new life to that game. I am not sure if the codes will effect Wi-Fi play though.
