Ok, this old thread HAS to be bumped. I bought a Spriggan Powered Super Famicom game from them off of ebay. I've been wanting this game for a long time. It was listed as mint and complete and had a BIN of $24 shipped, about half the price of other ebay sellers. Now I remembered this thread, but I've had a good transaction with them before, and for the price I just could not resist.
The game arrived yesterday, and to my horror they did not use any packaging at all, just a paper envelope. Of course the box is all bent out of shape. I thought that was the worst I was in for...
When I opened it and looked inside I saw that the cartridge was drilled to fit inside a US Super Nintendo.
I sent them an email saying that I was not happy with the way they shipped my fragile item, and that mint condition means that no one has ever put holes in it with a power tool. I have yet to hear from them. Of course the auction says they are there 24/7 to answer emails, so I wonder if they are avoiding me.
Does anyone have the phone number they can be reached at? I have a feeling that emails won't be answered until I file a paypal claim. If I don't hear from them by tomorrow I'll be left with no choice but to do just that.
For anyone who needs to hear this again...

edit: Oops, I see that their phone number is already listed in this thread. Well, since I'm editing this post, I'll say it again...
