Need help with supergun

Hello,
I am making a supergun and having problem in the sound area.I have got 1k .25 resistor and 10k .25 resistor and rca jacks(Don't know which one is ground and which one is signal).I don't know how to wire them up...really confused in this part....

The 10:1 potential divider is exactly that.

Ground...........................................

If you're talking about the rca jack itself then the audio signal goes to the pole that is protruding out the back and the little hoop part that goes off to the side is wired to ground.

I am talking about the rca jack ... my rca jacks don't have hoop part on the side one is on the inner side and one on the outer side ....
1 more question about the the power supply ... i am using arcade psu ... the power cable keeps hanging out of my supergun so how can i get rid of this ....
