I can't answer any of your questions because I'm an idiot.
I still need to pick up this game because it's got some solid hype for it being a damned decent 2D fighter.
I hear there's a sequel in the works, so I may hold out on a purchase right now as I have quite a few handheld titles I'm still working on beating.
I too don't know what Bleach is about... but knowing what anime is, I can assume it's essentially the same thing I've seen a thousand times with different good guys, bad guys and good guys who don't know if they're good guys or bad guys (or vice-versa.)
I have a Nintendo USB WiFi thingy too, but it doesn't seem to work after I accidentally booted it down a flight of stairs (I told the cops that it "fell" after having a few drinks.)
It worked when I first got it though, so I know that much about it.
I should pick up another one since onling gaming is fun.
I'm sleepy.
I'm going to bed.
