Does anyone know anything about dcescott?

Maybe I'm overreacting, but I got a strange feeling when dealing with dcescott. He wanted to buy my Samurai Shodown IV and World Heroes 2 MVS carts off of me. He paid by paypal, and when I went to look at the payment info, I found his account's info to be screwy. The registered name is David Gonce, with an email address of dynastyduo513@yahoo.com. However, his name is Daniel Scott Jr. on his shipping address, and the address is unconfirmed. Here it is:

I've already issued a full refund and PM'ed dcescott that I will not be shipping any games until he got his address confirmed, and that I don't wish to be scammed.

Kinda wierd. Maybe soulthug could shed some light on this. Thanks guys.

dcescott could be under 18 or something and could have his PayPal account attached to his (step)father's credit card. The shipping address for the credit card could be different from his actual home, thus making it unconfirmed (Such as with my PayPal account; my CC's address is a P.O. Box, but for convenience I use my home address for my shipping address).

I've seen him post here a few times and he seems to be a nice guy trying to get into the Neo world. He PM'd me earlier telling me that he just bought some games from you and asked how fast you shipped them. I think a better course of action would be to ask for feedback before going through with the transaction since getting an address confirmed would require a checking account or a credit card that is attached to his home/delivery address (Which could be a huge hassle).

Edit: Nevermind, he seems to be a married adult. The PayPal address could belong to a friend of his or something (Thus he would have to change the shipping address to his, which would be uncomfirmed since it is different from the credit card/checking account address). I'd run some email confirmation tests and what not just to be sure, then ask for feedback and run a test on that as well.

That very well may be, but it says in his n-g.com profile that he's married and a father. You'd think a married man with kids would have his own checking account, right?

I'm going to have to ask him for a Money Order. This seems to be the safest route.
