capturing sounds + gfx

Hi

How can i best capture voice samples and graphics from my romsets?

So far i've learned only to use the jukebox player, but i'd like to find the voices and gfx especially in MONEY IDOL EXCHANGER - game

Okay this is crazy.
Mame emulator- run a neogeo game that you own, make sure you have the corrct bios in there. Run you computer sounds through your stereo. I have a monster cable I use for my ipod. When it is playing through the stereo I use CD spin doctor, a very cheap way to record vinyl. record, edit and save in itunes as a mp3. I never thought to do that. But that is a way to do so.
I ripped a U2 concert for m ipod, and ran my ipod through my stereo where then I split up the concert into songs using Cd spin doctor and tranferred them to itunes, viola! instant live versions of U2 songs, sweet show. Bullet the Blue sky is incredible live.
