No Color in AES, Black and white picture

Well, my AES finally came today. Plugged it in, put in Fatal Fury 2, and bam, everthing works, but no color. I cant seem to get color to appear, any ideas?

Where did you get it from, overseas? doest your TV have pal system option ? or better still, rgb in
