Great, so that means that even if I get a Japanese KoF XI or SS6 machine I can still change the text to English?
What I'm interested in, of course, is to be able to read the story.
Unless it removes the storylines when changed to English, like Samurai Shodown 5.

You can select region aswell as text in all AW titles, so yes English can be selected in SS6 and KOF XI.
I thought that by selecting Japan as my region and English as my language I could have maybe got blood with MS6 and SS6, but as it's not in the game at all, it doesn't make any difference, apart from not getting the FBI warning screen on boot up. I don't understand the region select myself, but hey.
