Is my NAM 1975 cart broken?

Hey everyone,

I've just bought NAM 1975 and it plays fine up until the boss of the first level. I defeat those two guys at the statue and then the game seems to freeze and nothing happens. The animations in the background are still moving at this point but no matter how long I wait I don't get to the next level. Is this a common bug or am I going to have to buy another one?

Did you try cleaning the cartridge edge connector VERY well? It needs to be shiny and not dull looking. You may have to disassemble it to get it all the way clean.

Once that is done it should work fine. If not, you'll need to check the ROM checksums to see if you have a bad ROM in the cartridge.
