Street Fighter 2 EEProm Set

Hey everyone, just a curiousity... I was sifting through the bottom of a Golden Tee that was converted from a SFII a while back, and I came across a white box stating it was a "Capcom EEprom Set) The chips inside are 21A, 22A, and 23A. Just wondering if these are a fix, the turbo upgrade, or something like that. Any info is appreciated, thanks!

I can't say for sure but they're probably either CE or turbo upgrade chips. I think both were distributed as upgrade sets.

i'll check when i get home, I own a turbo eeprom upgrade kit, I would believe that either those are the eproms for turbo... OR when they were switched from champion edition the champ edition eproms were disgarded in the cabinet.
