I was checking out gametz and their bad trader reports when I found this on Joe P. aka Wing Zero. I hope this will help the people who got ripped off in some way.

Sigh....it's really ashame that I have to do this, but I feel that it is totaly neccisary at this point.
I first came across one of Joe's postings in the auction forum where he was selling a few items because he was in a financial bind. One of which was Devil May Cry for PS2.
After several E-mails we struck up a deal, I was to give $30 by way of money order (he wanted paypal at first) and he would give me the factory sealed copy of Devil May Cry.
He of course wanted me to send first which I had NO problem with since he ws a silver star trader. This was a GREAT mistake on my part. In excitement over the trade and the arrival of my game I made sure to send him out his payment FIRST thing the NEXT day (4/12/01 and have the slip to prove it). I few days passed and he confrimed reciveing it and said he would ship my game very soon.
About a week passed and it never showed. I mailed him asking if he had sent it to which he said "yes" and that it went out on Saturday PRIORITY MAIL a few days be4.
This was close to 3 weeks ago and there is NO game here what so ever.
He claims that "it was lost in the mail" but come on.....everybody gives that WEAK excuse. So I thought I would give him the benift of the doubt. I waited another week to see if it arrived and of course NOTHING.
I contacted a few other traders that he is pending with and it turns out that mysteriously they never recived any of thier items either in several weeks.
He even claimed to one trader that "his car was broken into and the items were stolen" It allways seems to be something...right Joe?
What happended in reality is now very clear to me. Joe was in a financial bind and simply needed some cash to pay his bills and advertised items for sale that he had no intent of selling. I have allready explained to him that I am not a damn bank, and I do not give out short time loans.........I should charge this joker interest since he seems to thing I am allready in the bank business.
To his credit he gave one other user a parcial refund and claims he will do the same for me.
As soon as the check (or game for that matter) in my hand this BTR will be removed, but not a SECOND before. I take this precution to insure it's arrival and not get another excuse like "I mailed your refund but it must have gotten lost in the mail....opps"
I feel that Joe is a BAD trader all the way around, he uses other people for his short time personal gain. Even if this BTR gets taken down, Joe will ALLWAYS remain a BAD trader for lieing to and swindeling other people who were looking for nothing more then a good trade.
You know, I would excpet this kind of childish garbage from a 12 year old kid, not a 23 year old man. Shame on you Joe, I hope you feel GREAT about yourself. >>
